A Year Of Kabir

with Andrew Harvey

Kabir is, I believe, the Everest of mystics, the greatest, the most reverent, most radical prophet that the world has ever seen and one absolutely vital to us now as we go through the greatest evolutionary ordeal in human history.

Kabir lived between 1440 and 1518, although no one knows his exact dates. He lived in Benares (now Varanasi), the holiest of cities for Hindus, a city where Shiva is worshipped and adored and where every Hindu wants to die because according to legend, if you die there, you are assured of liberation. Kabir wasn’t born a Hindu however; he was born into a poor, marginalized Muslim family and worked as a simple weaver all his life, living an ordinary life in a bustling, bizarre, corrupt, ferocious world not unlike our own.

Kabir’s life comes down to us in a series of impossible and improbable legends, all of which need to be discarded if we’re going to see him as he really is. Fortunately, modern scholarship is revealing to us exactly the person we need for our time now—someone who woke up in the core of his life to his own self, to the utter sacredness of the whole cosmos and to the secret of the evolutionary process which is in his words to be engoldened in mind, heart, soul and body.

What you'll experience in this program.

Each day you will receive a different email message from this enlightened hot mind. Every day the one who is eternally alive will throw a ray of his light into the depths of your life. Every day a different facet of the comprehensive revelation I have described will flash its brilliance into your soul.

Every day you can, if you want to, take this supreme friend’s advice into the core of your mind and ponder it and allow it to brace and ennoble you for the real struggle and the real reward. What I hope this year with Kabir will offer you is what my years with Kabir have given me—a far more stringent vision of reality and a far more humble and glorious vision of myself and a passion to serve all life as the illusions of the death machine threaten the whole of the human adventure.

Guru Nanak, who founded the Sikh religion and incorporated 300 of Kabir’s greatest poems into the heart of the Sikh’s scriptures, called Kabir, “the perfect mystic”. If you truly want to be a perfect mystic, and a perfect sacred activist and truly rise to the challenge of our times, I would advise you to go into training with the one whose ferocity, courage and clarity establishes him as our supreme guide to the next stage of evolution.

How Does It Work?

Starting today, you will receive a new lesson every day for 365 days (total of 365 lessons). Each lesson is yours to keep and you'll be able to refer back to it whenever you want. And if you miss a lesson or are too busy to get to it that day, each lesson will conveniently remain in your account so you won't have to search for it when you're ready to get back to it.
