I don’t need to tell you how terrifying and shattering these times are; it’s increasingly clear that America and the world are heading into drastic authoritarianism, insane materialism and danger on every level. Everywhere I see despair, paralysis, helplessness, hopelessness and a dangerous, deep and cynical apathy. This breaks my heart because I know that such responses are unnecessary and simply feed the desolation that creates them. This time has been prophesied in innumerable traditions; I have spoken about its inevitability for 20 years and shared the vision I was given of it being a global dark night that could be the birth canal for a new humanity, a new creation and a new world.

The advantage of knowing this time was coming is that I had to build profound resources of wisdom, inspiration, stamina, hope and indomitable joy, not to mention embodying the wisdom of Rumi and Kabir, the world’s greatest universal mystics. They lived in terrible times, found divine joy, spoke of it unforgettably and both knew the truth of humanity’s capacity for divinization.

Their words will be threaded through each of the four powerful transmissions I want to share with you. They are meant as a toolkit to help you both survive, thrive and become warrior midwives of the new reality that is here now and waiting for honorable and decent people like you to help birth it. We cannot allow the fascists and thugs to steal our inner and outer joy, our sense of mission and purpose, passion for life and justice. If we do, they will destroy the divine image in the human and reduce us to helpless slaves in a completely dystopian authoritarian world ruled by billionaires, robots and fundamentalist fanatics.

What we need now is a strong, clear vision with these four tools that I know work, because I use them relentlessly to deepen my own understanding of my divinity and feed my soul and purpose through years of being marginalized, derided and misunderstood for telling the very truth that is now exploding everywhere.
